I contributed the essay, "Six Degrees of Marlo Thomas," about Marlo, myspace and today's midlife crises centering around technology instead of busty blondes and red convertibles, to Fresh Yarn, the incredible online salon of personal, never-before-published essays from authors, actors and assorted famous folk (including actresses Kathy Najimy, Ileana Douglas and Marcia Wallace, Waltons creator Earl Hamner, Six Feet Under writer Jill Soloway). The site is organized by the wonderfully hilarious memoirist (and fellow Border's Best Literary Memoir of 2006 cohort) Hillary Carlip, author of Queen of the Oddballs. Check out her book and sites!
